The General Consultation is a 30-minute, non-clinical session designed to explore your current experiences, challenges and wellbeing needs. It offers space to talk through what you are feeling, what has brought you to seek support, and what you hope to gain from Psychological Tuning or other wellbeing sessions.
During the consultation, we will gently explore areas such as stress levels, emotional load, work or study pressures, relationships, rest, energy and overall balance. The focus is on understanding patterns and identifying what type of non-clinical psychological support may be most helpful for you.
This session also provides an opportunity to explain how Psychological Tuning works, discuss session structure, clarify boundaries and ensure the approach is suitable for your needs. It is a calm, supportive conversation rather than an assessment or diagnosis.
Paying the booking fee upfront is mandatory to secure the first initial consultation for all new clients
*Not showing up or rescheduling this session more than once results in the £15 fee being unusable towards any further session. This fee is non-refundable.

Psychological Tuning is a non-clinical, research-informed wellbeing session designed to support calm, self-regulation and emotional balance. It is suitable for adults who feel overwhelmed, mentally overloaded or emotionally drained, and who are looking for supportive psychological guidance without entering clinical therapy.
Psychological tuning can help with anxiety, depression and relationships well functioning.
Sessions combine guided relaxation, focused attention, mindfulness-informed practices, sound and gentle psychoeducation to help the mind and body settle and reconnect. The approach supports nervous system regulation, emotional awareness and clarity in a calm, non-judgemental environment.
Psychological Tuning does not involve diagnosis, treatment or psychotherapy. You remain fully aware and in control throughout the session. The focus is on helping you understand your stress responses, slow down, and develop greater awareness of internal patterns that affect everyday wellbeing.
This one-to-one session introduces you to the core principles of mindful eating. You’ll learn how to slow down, tune in to your body’s hunger and fullness cues, and bring awareness to emotional or habitual eating patterns.
What to Expect:
A guided introduction to mindful eating techniques
Practical strategies you can begin using straight away
Space to reflect on your current eating habits and relationship with food
Follow-Up:
After the session, you’ll receive tailored suggestions to help you continue your mindful eating practice at home. You’ll also have the option to book ongoing sessions for deeper support in building lasting, positive changes around food.
