The Initial Consultation marks the start up of your support plan. If you are a new client to our psychological wellbeing support, this allows to start with a gentle first step before committing to further sessions.

The General Consultation is a 30-minute, non-clinical session designed to explore your current experiences, challenges and wellbeing needs. It offers space to talk through what you are feeling, what has brought you to seek support, and what you hope to gain from Psychological Tuning or other wellbeing sessions.
During the consultation, we will gently explore areas such as stress levels, emotional load, work or study pressures, relationships, rest, energy and overall balance. The focus is on understanding patterns and identifying what type of non-clinical psychological support may be most helpful for you.
This session also provides an opportunity to explain how Psychological Tuning works, discuss session structure, clarify boundaries and ensure the approach is suitable for your needs. It is a calm, supportive conversation rather than an assessment or diagnosis.
Paying the booking fee upfront is mandatory to secure the first initial consultation for all new clients
*Not showing up or rescheduling this session more than once results in the £15 fee being unusable towards any further session. This fee is non-refundable.
